Ingredients
6 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream or marshmallows, for serving
Instructions
1. Add whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the crockpot.
2. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent the chocolate from settling.
4. Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, switch to the warm setting.
5. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
6. Stir occasionally if kept on warm for an extended period.
