Description

Creamy, rich, and indulgent crockpot hot chocolate that’s perfect for chilly days or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

6 cups whole milk

2 cups heavy cream

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Whipped cream or marshmallows, for serving

Instructions

1. Add whole milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the crockpot.

2. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent the chocolate from settling.

4. Once the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, switch to the warm setting.

5. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.

6. Stir occasionally if kept on warm for an extended period.

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled for larger crowds—just ensure your slow cooker can handle the volume.

Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.

Add a splash of peppermint extract or cinnamon for a seasonal twist.
