Description

This Guacamole Frankenstein Delight is a spooky Halloween party dip shaped like Frankenstein’s monster, made with creamy guacamole and decorated with veggies for a fun and festive treat.

Ingredients

Scale

4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1 lime, juiced

1 small tomato, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup sour cream (for decorating)

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (for stitches and mouth)

2 black olives (for eyes)

1 sheet nori or black tortilla pieces (for hair)

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Assorted dippers: tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice until smooth but slightly chunky.

2. Stir in tomato, onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form guacamole.

3. Shape the guacamole mound into a Frankenstein head on a serving platter. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

4. Decorate: use black olives for eyes, sour cream and red bell pepper pieces for a stitched mouth, and tortilla/nori pieces for hair. Place cilantro leaves on top for a fun garnish.

5. Add extra red bell pepper strips to create scar stitches on the face.

6. Surround with tortilla chips and cut vegetables for dipping. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, prepare guacamole just before serving to prevent browning.

To make ahead, press plastic wrap directly onto the guacamole surface and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Use creativity with decorations—cheese sticks, pretzels, or other veggies can add fun Frankenstein “bolts” or scars.

Perfect centerpiece for Halloween parties and kid-friendly fun.
