Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen peaches, sliced (peeled if desired)
1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

2. In a large bowl, toss sliced peaches with sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
3. Spread the peach mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
5. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
6. Sprinkle streusel mixture evenly over the peaches.
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until peaches are bubbly and topping is golden brown.
8. Cool slightly before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
If using canned peaches, drain well and reduce sugar slightly.
For extra crunch, add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts to the streusel topping.
This dish can be reheated in the oven to restore crispness.
