Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
3. Cream the butter and sugar together in a separate bowl. Add eggs and mix well.
4. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl, then add to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
5. Fold in walnuts, then pour the batter into the prepared pan.
6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add cinnamon or vanilla extract.
